01The name
Ithar (إيثار) is an Arabic word for putting someone else's interest ahead of your own. It is an unusual thing to name a software studio after, and that is the point.
Most agencies optimise for the agency: long retainers, work that only they can maintain, accounts registered in their name, and a codebase you cannot take anywhere. We would rather build something you own outright and can walk away with. If the work is good, you will come back — and if it is not, you should not be trapped.
10What we do
We are a digital product studio. We design and ship six things, and we say no to the rest:
- Mobile apps — native iOS and Android, or cross-platform in Flutter and React Native, from a first MVP to a store-ready release.
- Gaming apps — casual, hyper-casual and branded games in Unity, Unreal and Godot, with in-app purchases and ad monetisation wired in properly.
- Websites and online stores — brand sites, landing pages and full e-commerce on Shopify, headless setups and Next.js.
- AI chatbots — assistants that answer, qualify and sell on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and your own site, in English, Arabic or Russian.
- CRM systems — custom pipelines, lead routing, automated follow-up and dashboards that integrate with the tools you already pay for.
- Digital growth — paid media, SEO, analytics and conversion work, measured against revenue rather than impressions.
11How we work
Four stages, and you always know which one you are in.
Four commitments hold across all of it. You own the code, the repository and the accounts. The price is fixed before work starts and a change request gets a number before it gets built. Progress is a link you can open rather than a status update you have to trust. And every build ships with a support window and handover documentation, so it still works in month three.
100Where we work
We work remotely and asynchronously across five markets and three languages, in a time zone that overlaps all of them — a Riyadh stand-up and a New York review can happen on the same day.
That means Arabic-first RTL interfaces and local payment rails for Saudi Arabia, GDPR-clean data handling for the UK and Europe, App Store and Play compliance for the United States, and Telegram-native commerce for Russia, where the storefront is often the chat.
101The stack
We pick boring, well-supported technology on purpose, because you will still need to hire for it in two years: Swift, Kotlin, Flutter and React Native on mobile; Unity and Unreal for games; Next.js, Node and Shopify on the web; Postgres and Supabase for data; Stripe for payments; and the current Claude and GPT models for the AI work.
110Who we are for
We are a good fit if you have a real budget, a decision-maker in the room, and something specific you want built. We are a poor fit if you are looking for the cheapest possible quote, or want a partner to take equity instead of a fee.
